Our trust is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA) and therefore is not permitted to receive any "foreign contribution"
or funds from any "foreign source" as defined in section 2(1)(j) of FCRA, 2010-whether in Indian rupees or foreign currency. For this purpose, "foreign source"
includes, among others, foreign governments and their agencies, international agencies (with specified exceptions), foreign companies or corporations, entities
incorporated or registered outside India (including foreign trusts, foundations, societies, clubs and associations), companies in India with majority
foreign shareholding (subject to statutory exceptions), and citizens of foreign countries.
Accordingly, our trust does not solicit or accept any donations from foreign sources or any donations otherwise prohibited under FCRA, and donors are requested to ensure that their contributions are not in violation of FCRA provisions.
